The Hailsham Bus Alliance is an informal body which aims to organise, facilitate and deliver improvements to bus services and bus service facilities in Hailsham and surrounding villages.

Formed in August 2011, the group consists of representatives from Hailsham Town Council, Wealden District Council, East Sussex County Council, adjoining parishes and bus operators. It meets regularly to discuss matters of common interest and review ways in which bus services and facilities can be improved.
